The Internet cancels Ice Spice after her long-time bestie Cleotrapa exposes her for being a fake friend. While on the surface this may be entertaining, never underestimate the Industry’s ability to hide occultism in plain sight. Given the names of the subjects, Ice Spice, real name Isis, and Cleotrapa, I believe we are watching another hermetic stage play courtesy of Atlantic records.
Ice Spice’s ‘Y2K’ album didn’t sell well and Atlantic just laid off staff and dropped several artists. It appears as if Ice Spice’s payola budget has dried up, let’s wish her a safe trip on her way back to the Bronx. In all fairness, I told y’all in that album review that Isis would be done by fall, I stand vindicated in my beliefs.
